Michael Kors was founded in 1981. It started with the study at the Fashion Institute of Technology that Michael followed in New York. Here, at the age of 19, Michael got his first real fashion job: Designing a collection for Lothar’s a fashion boutique in New York. The reactions of his fellow fashion designers were so positive that he started his own label. From that moment on, Michael Kors designs beautiful garments and accessories time and time again, in which his clear style can be recognized in every item.  Keywords that describe this style are chic, luxurious, striking, sporty, timeless and elegant. Time and time again, Michael Kors manages to design an impressive line. From 2022, the brand will start with a children’s line. It will be a sporty line with many fashion elements.
